The King Has Lost His Crown is a story-driven RPG about restoring the crown to a dishonorable king.
The kingdom is in disrepair. You are a pale, wide-eyed youth who has been forced to leave his home due to a famine. Explore the capital city and its neighboring forest in search of the crown, meet their strange inhabitants and learn of their mysteries.
This game is an attempt to mix the style of classic fantasy RPGs with the themes and structure of fairy tales.
This demo version covers the whole first act of the story, and also functions as its own little open-ended story line.
